Interpretation

    • METAL OBJECT Colour - mid brown with some dark brown and some red-brown patches. Shape - #1 flat and may contain a flat, wide strap (11mm wide); distorted by corrosion. #2&3 resemble nail shafts although distorted by corrosion. #3 has a possible fragment of wood attached. Surface - rough and irregular Weight = #1 - 4.5g; #2 - 0.5g; #3 - 0.1g Dimensions = #1 - 31 x 17 x 10mm; #2 - 14 x 7.5 x 5.5mm; #3 - 13 x 5 x 3mm
